The registration officials need to step up a bit though, as there are regulations around naming, including no use of punctuation marks, brackets or numbers - which if followed would mean Number 16 Bus Shelter would be having a much easier life right now.

P.S. I hate to be picky - but 'K' was put under guardianship of the court, not made "a ward of the state"... Kinda hard to be a ward of a state that doesn't exist.
