A Fort Bliss soldier's husband kicked her in the face, stabbed and raped her before abducting her. Her husband, Clinton W. Lewis, 34 has been charged with her kidnapping as well as other charges.

oops. In the article they say they will no longer identify her since she was a victim of a sexual assault, however her picture has her name placed under it.
So happy to see that she's okay and he's turned himself in.

I wonder, though, what will happen to her if he gets out of jail? I have my doubts that a protective order will save her. I have read of so many stories like this where the ex hunts them down after getting released from prison. I hope that's not the case here.
