I told a child a scary 'true' story to warn them not to do something. They were terrified after that for no reason.

I lied to a girl so she would have sex with me.




Well, I've done that a lot.

I told my mom that the mj that fell out of my sock at a friend's house was my friend's brother's, and that his mom told my mom it was mine because she didn't want to think her son was on drugs. She believed me. I think.

Once upon a time in the small town i attended high school in, one of the local churches had a yearly revival missionary type event. And people had little signs up in their yard everywhere proclaiming their involvement.

One night after having dusted off the old NES and took turns rolling through contra like the apocalypse, a group of friends discussed the prevalence of this event. While at least one of the three was a christian himself, none of them were keen on the spectacle these folks were making of themselves.

So they decided to roll through all of the big resitdential neighborhoods and snatch signs from yards.

It made the papers and everything. They waited until the day after the last day of the event and dumped all of the yardsigns on the front door of the church.

ummm I once sent out letters to all of the registered sex offenders in my area and invited them all to a free brunch and seminar on recovery at the local church.. it just happened to be at the same time a daycamp at the church was letting out..

I know I soo wish that were true though.. I might have to try that one day when i'm drunk. put it on youtube..

I lied to the political officer (commissar) of my army unit (a heavy artillery unit) that I have passed an intermediate transceiver operator and Morse coder exam in high school, next day morning I was transferred to a radio operator unit. Since it was arranged by a political officer nobody knew why I got there and nobody dared to ask either.

It might not be obvious why was it a good move:
The main motive was that I had the opportunity to learn cool things on the field of communication engineering instead of doing the normal drill and cleaning and pushing around a canon.

I once hacked into Jax's server and messed around with the code. I put it all back the way it was, well with the exception of one little line - line 353 I think - but what could one line make anyway.

I once told my teacher that the reason I didn't have my homework that day was because my dad was smoking a cigar and came into my room to tuck me in and accidentally lit my desk on fire, burning all the papers I had on there.

She believed me and told me to make sure that next time I put my things away before my father came into the room.

BTW my dad stopped smoking after I was born :-D

This goes back a ways but when "SkyLab" was about to re-enter the Earth's atmosphere (yep - long time ago), I took an old mangled car fender and stenciled skylab on it, burned it with a blow torch and threw it on the roof of the neighborhood psychos house.

(then went into my friends kitchen to listen to their call on the police scanner).
